• Personal journaling and reflection only; no unlawful use.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of API/endpoints.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans and pricing are shown on our Pricing page.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in account settings.
• Charges are handled by Lemon Squeezy / Stripe.

4. Refunds

5. Content & IP

• You retain ownership of your journal entries and reflections.
• Software, design, and trademarks remain our property.

6. Disclaimers

Reflectonics is not medical or psychological treatment. Content is for personal growth and education only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA.
